ProTA for OS X makes charting and technical analysis faster and easier than ever before. And with the help of Mac OS X, maybe even a little bit fun! The charts are rendered beautifully with OS X Quartz graphics and the tools to navigate and customize are presented in a compact, thoughtful way.

If you're a TA novice, you'll appreciate the simplicity of point and click, drag and drop, unlimited Undo, and live recalculations/rendering as you experiment with new indicators, parameters and drawing styles. Veteran market techs will appreciate how quickly and easily you can fully customize an entire suite of charts to your exact specifications.

Here's a quick tour of the new Chart Suite window:

Quickly navigate between ProTA's cursor tools: Crosshairs for scrubbing data values, Line Studies for Trendlines, Retracements, etc. and the Text Annotation Tool.
Sequentially flip through all of the charts in the Suite.
Increase/decrease the zoom level and horizontal spacing between data points in the chart/x-axis.
Overlay an unlimited number of Plot types and Technical Indicators into an unlimited number of panes. Choose from more than 50 built-in technical analyses. Write your own indicators and trading methodologies with ProTA Gold. Save an entire chart configuration as a Template and apply it to any other chart via popup menu.
Layout settings control the display of multiple charts in a Suite window as well as the (new) synchronization options for all of the charts in the Content listing.
The Content listing can be hidden to show larger charts.
The Chart Inspector is a new floating tool window for viewing and editing the specs, colors, styles, parameters for each component of the chart.
The Content listing provides access to all of the charts included in the Chart Suite document. Click any item in the list to quickly flip to the associated chart. Use the gear widget at the bottom to administer the Content listing.
Fast, live scrolling of the time axis.

For comparative analysis, up to 25 chart views can be displayed at once in a Layout. The above example shows a 1x2 Layout. 22 unique Layout options are just a click away.

Every element of a chart is user-configurable in terms of display and parameters. The above example shows a black background chart, and for maximum charting screen real estate, both the Toolbar and Content listing are hidden.
